Comment: I am writing on behalf of the RSCDS Committe to thank you so much for the superb buffet you provided us with on Friday evening at the Hermitage Academy.

It was absolutely delicious and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.The variety of dishes you provided catered for everyones taste and as you said there was more than enough .The desserts too were gorgeous - the portions were very generous.The vegetarians amongst us were delighted too with the choices they had - I am not a vegetarian,but,I loved the mushroom pate.

Thanks too to your family & staff for all their hard work in serving the meal and working together so well as a team to help to make our evening a great success.You will be have been exhausted by the end of the weekend with all the other events you were catering for .

Once again I would like to thank you on behalf of the Helensburgh Branch RSCDS for the lovely buffet you prepared for us last night on the occasion of our November Ball. The meal was delicious and was thoroughly enjoyed by us all.I am sure you were aware of the praise you were being awarded by many of the dancers.

You are always such a pleasure to deal with and are so lucky to have such a wonderful family backup.I hope your son didn't charge you too much for his services!!

Thank you too for clearing up so well and keeping the time scale. After such a lovely beginning our evening continued to be very successful and thoroughly enjoyable.
